What Little Elm yards deal with
New construction means builder-grade soil prep, which usually means not much. Lots get scraped, compacted by equipment, and sodded thin over clay. A lot of what we do in Little Elm is fixing a lawn that was installed badly the first time rather than one that wore out.

What we do in Little Elm
