Our equipment yard is in Lewisville, so the trucks and the sod cutter start the day here. The city covers a big range — older neighborhoods near the lake and downtown, newer development out toward Castle Hills.
What Lewisville yards deal with
The older Lewisville yards are the ones we most often find with real shade problems, because the tree canopy has had decades to close. The newer sections have the opposite issue: full sun, compacted clay, and bermuda that burns out in August without proper watering.
Lake-adjacent properties drain unpredictably. We have done more French drain work on the Lewisville side than most, usually on yards where water crosses from a neighbouring lot rather than originating on the property itself.

What we do in Lewisville
